KBCDC Mission Statement The mission of KB Child Development Center, KBCDC, is to provide personalized childcare focused on safety and nurturing the unique identities and personalities of all children. By providing child-centered childcare we focus on fostering children’s creativity in a developmentally appropriate and resource-rich play-based environment. We work hard to be a childcare that respects the diversity in individualized learning styles and educational needs.

KBCDC Vision Statement The vision of KBCDC is to be a recognized leader in providing the best care for infants, toddlers, preschool and school age children. We want to be known for our exceptional educational programming, talented team members and our outstanding family and community partnerships. We pride ourselves on our unique blend of fun and learning in a safe and nurturing environment. 

All employees of KBCDC are expected to be professional, courteous and efficient when working with students, families and co-workers. KBCDC’s Professional Code of Conduct is to be implemented at all times, this includes at the program location, all trainings, on or off site, any other work-related events and on all social media platforms.
